Wolcott-the funeral of Harlow Cole was held at his late residence on
Draper Street, Saturday morning, at 10 o'clock. Mr. Cole was born in
the town of Butler, in May, 1830. He was the son of Welcome and Nancy
Cole and passed most of his life in the town of Butler. Mr. Cole was part
owner of the large Cole farms in Butler and had spent most of his life on
these farms until he retired and moved into Wolcott 15 years ago. He is
survived by three nieces, Miss Alice Cole, who had been living with Mr.
Cole for the past few years, and Mrs. Judson Dowd of Wolcott and Mrs.
Hopkins of Sterling Center. Burial was made in the Butler Center Cemetery
