Born March 28, 1910 in Pleasantville, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Capt. Charles and Nettie Jane Blake Wickman.
Survivors include her husband, Laurence R. Blood of Brookline Village, whom she married in 1933; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth [Beverly Jane] Barrett of Port Royal RR2; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, William Laurence Blood.
A former switchboard operator and retired supervisor for Bell Telephone Company of New Jersey, she was a Methodist.
The funeral service was held Friday, March 22, at Guss Funeral Home, Mifflintown, with Rev. James R. Sunderland, officiating. Graveside services were Saturday, March 23, at St. Paul's United Methodist Cemetery, Port Republic, NJ.
