Keith Chapman, 49, of Freeburn, died Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Barrenshea Creek of Freeburn.
He was born January 4, 1963, in Williamson, WV., the son of Maryline Mounts Chapman and the late Howard Chapman.
He was of the Protestant faith.
Besides his mother, he is survived by one sister, Teresa Baker of Freeburn.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012, in the Eagle's Nest Church of Barrenshea Creek, with the Revs. Bernard Smith and Marty Lester officiating. Burial will follow in the Freeburn Cemetery.
Visitation is at the church with special services at 7 p.m.
Arrangements are under direction of Phelps Funeral Home of Phelps.
