Corydon Lee was the first and only son of Charles Dexter Hodge and Rosina Cutler. He was born and grew up in Randolph, Massachusetts. His father died when he was just eight years old and his mother passed away a few years later.
He went to live with relatives until he met and married his wife, Jane Ervin(e) on July 31, 1877. They made their home in Bath, Maine, where he was a sailmaker. His first and only daughter, Jennie, was born in July of 1880 and unfortunately, he died shortly after.
