Died: 09-05-2000 BULLS GAP Dorothy Bible Ballard, 73, of the Warrensburg community, died Tuesday at Johnson City Medical Center. She was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church and Chapter #447, Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Ballard was a daughter of the late Eugene and Laura Stroud Bible. Survivors include her husband: Benny Ballard; a daughter and son-in-law: J.B. and Linda Marshall of Warrensburg; a granddaughter and special-grandson-in-law: Cindy and Tim Wisecarver of Mohawk; two great-grandchildren: Jay Wisecarver and Kristine Wisecarver, both of Mohawk; a brother and sister-in-law: Dennis and Marjorie Bible of Morristown; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home, Bulls Gap. The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 oclock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Leroy Davis and the Rev. James Stump will officiate. A graveside service will be held at 11 oclock Thursday morning in Bible Cemetery at Mohawk. Pallbearers will be Billy Foster, Bill Bible, Jack Sauceman, Hal Wisecarver, Walt Madsen, Fred Banks, A.K. Killion, and Jerry Miller.
