Juliet was born April 3, 1907 in Ephriam, Utah to Charles Henry Stevens and Elvira Kelson Stevens. She married Wilford Henry Aiken October 11, 1926 in Salt Lake City, the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He passed away November 10, 1988. Mother was very active in her civic and church duties, and held many positions. Mother was totally devoted to her Heavenly Father and family. She was known for her quilts and crocheting, but most of all her bread, rolls and pies, which she willingly shared with others. Her sweetness and sense of humor will remain with all who knew her. What a sweet reunion with her loving husband, father, mother, sisters, brothers and granddaughter.
She is survived by one remaining sister, Zalia Mallinson; her sons, Gene (Carole), Nathan (Nancy) and Tracy (Beverly); 13 grandchildren; 33 ½ great-grandchildren and 4½ great-great-grandchildren.
Special thanks for the devotion of her nieces, Murray Care Center and Hospice of Utah.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 2002 at the Kimball Ward, 2280 South 300 East. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, and at the Church on Thursday from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Road. Funeral Directors: Valley View Funeral Home.
