Pearl Louise Van Winkle Colgrove, 81, of Idaho Falls, died February 9, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of injuries received in an automobile accident. She was born July 19, 1920, at Minatare, Nebraska, to Charlie Loucie and Grace Cox Van Winkle. She grew up in Nebraska.She married George William Colgrove December 20, 1939, at Scottsbluff. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan, Utah Temple in July, 1955. They lived in Scottsbluff until 1990, when they moved to Idaho Falls. She has been a homemaker, wife, and mother.

An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in the Presidencies of Relief Society, Primary, and Young Women. She and George faithfully served "Meals On Wheels" for 10 years. She enjoyed family history, crocheting, and visiting friends.

She was survived by her husband [linked below], 4 sons, a daughter [names deleted], 28 grandchildren & 35 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her parents, son Roger Gene Colgrove, and three brothers. Funeral Services held February 15, 2002, at Idaho Falls 9th Ward, 395 - 2nd Street, with Bishop Larry Campbell officiating.
