Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 21, at 10:00 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial East Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Her good friend, Reverend R. Gene Hodo officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 20, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Carlisle, Sr. and sons, William A. Carlisle, Jr. and Ralph Porter Carlisle, Sr. Survivors: daughter, Candy Setzer (Bill); sons, Paul E. Carlisle, Sr., James R. Carlisle, Sr. (Linda), and Allen Carlisle (Christy); sisters, Sara Livingston and Carolyn Flack (Dave); brothers, Ernest Gothard (Catherine), Hoyt Gothard, Durwood Gothard, and Joe Gothard (Paula); 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
