Lula Cheek, 59, Dies in Residence
Lula M. Cheek, age 59, 1414 H Ave., New Castle, IN, died Wednesday evening at her home following an illness of two years.
Lula was a native of Paoli, IN, but had lived in New Castle the past twenty years. She was a former employee of Komfy Togs.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Cheek; daughter, Mrs. James (Judy) Cline of New Castle; a grandson; and a sister, Mrs. Dan Carter of Kokomo.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Main and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend R.E. Pavy officiating. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home anytime.
