Mrs. Mary A., wife of William Baker of Waynesboro, Pa., died Friday morning, March 10, at 0 o'clock, of hemorrhage of the brain, aged fifty years, five months and twenty-seven days. She had been ill for five weeks, the last three of which she was bedfast. Mrs. Baker was the daughter of George. H. Ritter, of Loysville, Perry County.
She and her husband removed from Carlisle to Waynesboro 6 years ago. She was a member of St. Paul Reformed church and was a most estimable woman and had a wide circle of friends. Surviving are her husband and one sister, Mrs. George B. Shoemaker, New Bloomfield, Pa.
Following a short service at the house conducted by the pastor of the deceased, Rev. E. O. Keen, the remains will leave Waynesboro Monday noon on the C.V.R.R. for Carlisle, where the funeral service will be held Tuesday morning at the residence of Mr. Baker's sister, Miss Elizabeth Baker, West North street (sic). Interment in Ashland Cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Mary Baker was held yesterday Rev. M.O. Noll officiated assisted by a clergyman from Waynesboro. The pallbearers were William Beistline, D.W. Wollet, C.L. Hoffman, Robert Sipe Jr., Daniel Rupp and Dr. E.A. Shulenberger.
