Evelyn Moseley Arnold, 95 of Marietta went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 19, 2012.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Montezuma, Georgia. Burial will follow at Bertha Dozier Cemetery in Montezuma.
Mrs. Arnold was born in Macon, Georgia on November 15, 1916. In 1941 she and her husband, Ray, moved to Montezuma, Georgia where they lived until September 2000, when they moved to Marietta to live with their daughter.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 73 years, Elton Ray Arnold; daughter, Betty Arnold McCoy; two grandsons, Chuck McCoy & wife, Carrie of Houston, TX and Mike McCoy & wife, Claudia of Woodstock; great grandchildren, Chase & Cameron McCoy of Houston, TX and Haley, Kyle & Cade McCoy, Michael & Jonathan McDowell all of Woodstock; brother, Lane Moseley of Macon; beloved niece, Joan Arnold DeVaughn of Augusta; and other very special nieces & nephews.
Evelyn will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched with her loving, merciful, compassionate and encouraging spirit.
