William "Bill" John Adcock passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012. William John Adcock was born January 10, 1942 in Bartlesville, OK, the son of Delmer and Helen (Dahl) Adcock.

He graduated from Oologah High School in 1960. Shortly afterwards, he met his future wife of Bartlesville, OK. They were married six weeks later, September 21, 1962.

Bill worked at TRW Reda Pump for many years. His petroleum career took him and his wife from Ramona, OK to Bakersfield, CA in 1967, where he served as a Field Service Superintendent and they begin raising their two children.
In 1970, Bill relocated his family back to Ramona, where he successfully managed the family farm until his passing. Bill's hobbies and special interests included his cattle raising operation, Oklahoma State University Athletics, traveling and enjoying time with his family.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Helen A. Adcock.

He is survived by his wife; his father; a sister and brother-in-law; one son; a daughter and son-in-law; four grandsons; along with numerous wonderful cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends that will miss him dearly.

Services will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Walker-Brown Chapel. Interment will be in the Tyner Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
