Mrs. Beach was a daughter of the late Hugh and Bonnie Lee Susong Coakley of Greene County.

She was a member of Grassy Valley Baptist Church.

Her family noted, "Being the founder and operator of West Knoxville Florist for 34 years, she made a number of friends. And by building a wonderful business, she was constantly being recognized by many floral associations.

"She held high esteem, hopes and dreams for all of her many nieces and nephews, and her granddaughter, Ellen Nicole "Nikki" Neal, was the pride of her life."

Mrs. Beach was the widow of Babe Beach.

In addition to her granddaughter, nieces, and nephews, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Diane and Tim Neal; her son: Gary Beach; two sisters: Irene Arwood of Farragut and Helen Kiker of Greeneville; her special "supporters": fellow floral business friends; and special caregivers: the "wonderful" doctors and nurses at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Mrs. Beach was preceded in death by a brother: Eugene Coakley; and four sisters: Eula Fancher, Willie Eslinger, Emma Foshie, and JoAnn Russell.
