Mrs. Hooper was a music teacher in the Marysville Public Schools until her retirement. She was a life member of Albion Chapter 124 Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by two sons, John C., Port Huron, and Robert L., Troy; three grandchildren, Holly, Teri and Heath; a brother Norman Cobb, Southfield; and several nieces and nephews.
A brother Charles Cobb, and sister, Nicora Monique, died earlier.
Services are 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Arthur Smith Funeral Home-North Chapel. The REv. Cannon D. Roy Lees of Grace Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Albion.
