Mrs. Burks was a cook and kitchen manager at the Archer County Hospital.
Survived by two daughters - Wanda Casimir of Archer City and Melba Harkins of Olney; three sons - Bruce and Garland Burks, both of Burkburnett; Benny Burks of Archer City; one brother - E.C. Walters of Dover, OK; 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
