WESLEY CHAPEL - Martha J. Guilford, 39, of Wesley Chapel, died Wednesday, October 2, 1996 at her home. A native of Belfast, NY, she moved here in 1979. She was a Registered Nurse, and had been employed in the Medical Surgical department at East Pasco Medical Center, and previously at Humana Dade City Hospital. She was a member of the Double Branch Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert V. Guilford; one son, one daughter, her parents, Gerald and Mazie Fisk, all of Zephyrhills.
