Pearl Abbott, 94, Goodland, died Sunday, May 27, 2007, at Goodland Regional Medical Center.

She was born March 24, 1913, in Stafford County to George O. and Sadie E. (Thompson) Learned. She was a 1931 graduate of Stafford High School.
She married Lawrence E. Abbott in 1936. He preceded her in death in 1990. She was office manager at Greeley County Hospital, Tribune.
Survivors include three sons, Melvin Abbott, Pueblo, Colo., John Abbott, Hillsboro, Ohio, and Lynn Abbott, Goodland; a daughter, Ann Arlene Abbott, Arlington, Mass; a brother, Oscar Learned, Atwood; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Mountain time Friday at First Presbyterian Church, Tribune; burial at 2 p.m. Central time Saturday in Peace Creek Cemetery, Stafford.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Mountain time Friday at Koons Chapel, Goodland, and from 2 p.m. until time of service Friday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to First Presbyterian Church, Tribune, or Scholarship Fund of the Order of Eastern Star in care the funeral home.
