OBITUARY
Robert "Doc" Wilson, 90, of Stigler, died April 5, 1996 in a Ft. Smith hospital.

Services were at 10 am April 8, 1996 at the Stigler Assembly of God Church with Rev. Leo Guthrie officiating. Burial was at Milton Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home, Stigler.

Pallbearers were Bill Adcock, Harvey Mann, Sherman Dix, Clinton Sampson, Thomas Gulley and James Amos.

Mr. Wilson was a retired airplane mechanic.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys of the home; daughters Betty Lawrence and husband Kenneth of Oklahoma City, Tommye Wilson of Quinton, Joan Gerhard and husband Gene of Heavener, Sue Lane and husband Jim of Coweta and Lue Crawford and husband Leon of Tulsa; brothers, Cecil Wilson and K. W. Wilson, both of McCurtain; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one nephew, Raymond Wilson of Quinton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Nancy Harger Wilson and three brothers, George, Eli and Oliver.
