Penny Sue Abbott, 51, of South Haven died Tuesday, April 24 at South Haven Health Systems. She was born December 20, 1960 in South Haven, Michigan to Walter and Alice Faye (Soristo) Casselman. Penny married Lonnie Abbott in South Haven, Michigan. She worked at Pullman Industries as a press operator for 10 years until they closed. Penny also worked as a Nurses Aid for several nursing homes in the area. She enjoyed shopping. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband – Lonnie Abbott of South Haven, MI. One daughter – Brandi Abbott of South Haven, MI. Three step-children – Lisa (Tom) Abbott of North Carolina, Jeff Abbott of Corbin, Kentucky and Sheri (Mike) Grishum of Lake City, Tennessee. 11 grandchildren. One brother – Dan (Janet) Casselman of South Haven, MI. Two sisters – Denise (Skip) Visuri of South Haven, MI and Donna (Rob) Roberts of Sevierville, Tennessee. A graveside service will take place on Monday, April 30, at 11:00 AM at Chambers Cemetery with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating.
