In addition to his parents, Mr. Blubaugh is survived by four brothers Earl E. Jr. , Waynesboro; Sgt. Richard Odell Blubaugh, Cherry Point, N. C : Norman L. and Tony Allen, both at home; paternal grandfather, Cleveland
Provard , Waynesboro Route 1, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Mentzer, Waynesboro Route 1.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. from the Grove Funeral Home in charge of Elder Charles Long and Rev. Ira D. Weidner. Burial will be in Mt.Zion Cemetery.
