Funeral Service will be Friday May 6th at 7:00 p.m. from Hartsville Pike Church of Christ in Gallatin with Brother Doyle Farris, Brother Brian Jarrett and Brother James Harris officiating. Visitation will be in the Fellowship Hall of Hartsville Pike Church of Christ beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Interment will be Saturday May 7th at 10:00 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery in the Norene Community of Wilson County with friends serving as pallbearers. Mr. Roy was born on August 9, 1918 in Wilson County, TN son of the late Sam & Bessie Alexander. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Hope Alexander. He is survived by son Roy D. Alexander (Emily), granddaughter Ann Loraine Jones (Sam), great grandson Alexander Jones and sister-in-law Frances Thompson all of Gallatin.
