Born March 5, 1970 in Atlanta, Georgia to Dallas Andrus and Kathy Mancil, she lived in Tyler County for many years. She was a waitress. Tootie as she was affectionately known met life with a smile and a lightheartedness seldom seen in people.
She is survived by her loving mother, Kathy Mancil of Colmesneil and a loving uncle, Mark McGough of Wildwood and a host of other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at 2pm at the Riley Funeral Home in Woodville with Reverend John Hardin officiating.
Services were held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home of Tyler County.
