Blackwell, Michael G. "Bubba Rock," 57, Arvada Colorado. It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend who died after a long illness on December 30, 2006. He was born on September 20, 1949 in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He was Son of the late Verne and Cecelia Blackwell of Larned Kansas. He lived in Wichita Kansas 24 years and was a top Entertainer Disc Jockey and the owner of the Bubba Rock Club. He moved to Colorado in 1992 and worked in telecommunications until 2002. He then opened his own business Computerwhiz.com. He is survived by one son and two daughters, Mickey and Tiffany, Arvada Colorado and Brittni of Loveland Colorado. Two brothers and two sisters, Jerry, Charleston South Carolina, Mark and Lisa Blackwell, Arvada Colorado and Brenda Rambo, Wichita Kansas. Memorial service is January 6th 4:00pm at Faith Christian Academy 6210 Ward Rd, Arvada.
