Albina J. Roney, 97, of Meadowlands, former longtime resident of Placerville, Calif., died Saturday, Nov. 7, 1998, in Nopeming Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Roney in 1962; a daughter, Albe L. Therrien in 1989; three brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by a son, Carl R. (Lois) Roney; a daughter, Patricia J. Horvath; grandchildren Pat Knutsen, Judith (Don) Maxa, Frank (Darlene) Horvath, Tom (Cindy) Horvath, Tim and Jim Roney, and Ginny Therrien; and six great-grandchildren.
