W. A. Lipsey BOSTON—Services for William Arthur Lipsey, 75, of Boston, will be conducted at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Boston Methodist Church by the Rev, I J. E. Bentley, pastor, with burial by Whiddon Funeral Home in Boston Cemetery. Mr. Lipsey died Jan. 18 at home.
