She is the daughter of the late John Polk Meek and Cora Frayser Meek.
She is survived by sons, Hugh Hartley, Jr. (Donna) and Mitchell Hartley (Kay); grandchildren, Toni Washington, Gary Hartley, Beth Sasser, Stephen Hartley; great grandchildren, Alex Washington, Brandon Washington, Joshua Hartley, Rainey Hartley, Maggie Hartley, Tarrant Sasser, Trace Sasser, Christopher Hartley, and Nathan Hartley.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Hartley, Sr.
Mrs. Hartley was a member of Looxahoma Church of Christ.
