SLICKLEN, Marlene Ann age 70 of Clayton, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012. Marlene was retired from IBM Corporation of Owego, NY and also as a seafood manager from Kroger in Englewood. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Tami and Van Wicks of Englewood, grandsons: Ryan (Michelle) McManus of Miamisburg and Tyler McManus of Clayton, granddaughter: Chelsi McManus of Kettering, sister: Jean Pilkington of Jacksonville, FL, 5 nieces, and special family Kim and Tim Slater of Kettering and Rosemary Wicks of Huber Heights. Marlene was preceded in death by her parents: E. Clarence and Ethel (McRorie) Olver, a son: Randy Northrup and her sister: Jackie Stice. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Pastor Jeffery Blair officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Union United Methodist Church or The Hospice of Dayton. Condolences may be sent to family online at www.kindredfuneralhome.com
