Mr. Lumley was born September 11, 1945 in Uvalda, Georgia, the son of the late Ottie Walton Lumley and the late Sallie Lee Rawlins Lumley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Lena Mae Lumley Kennedy. Mr. Lumley passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Serenity Place in Dublin, Georgia.
James had nine siblings: Tony, Tommy, Walton, Raymond, William "Bill", Annie Mae, Lena Mae, Lillie Mae, and Flora Mae. He is survived by his son, Jason (Debora) Lumley of Dublin; two grandsons, Cameron and Jacob Lumley, both of Dublin; granddaughter, Kayla Lumley of Dublin; five brothers, Tony, Tommy, Walton, Bill, Raymond, Annie, Lillie, and Flora; ex-wife, Rita Lumley, of East Dublin and several nieces and nephews.
