Peck - Rexford Marriage: Wedding bells are again echoing in our village, George Peck and Anna Rexford, a young couple highly respected, were married Tuesday evening by the Rev. A Finch. The invited guests were their own immediate friends. The bride was the recipient of a fine lot of presents. The happy couple left Wednesday morning for New Hartford and Utica. Accept our congratulations, George. [The Otsego Farmer, Friday, November 27, 1896] Peck - Utter Weeks Marriage: Toddsville - Mr. and Mrs. George Peck (nee Mrs. Julia Weeks), who were married at Binghamton the week of Thanksgiving, began housekeeping at their residence, recently. [The Otsego Farmer, December 21, 1906]. Peck - Dingman Andrews Marriage: Hyde Park - Monday evening, Sept. 24th, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Bliss, George A. Peck of Toddsville and Lucinda Dingman Andrews, formerly of Fort Plain, were united in marriage. Rev. Dr. Hall of Cooperstown performed the ceremony and owing to a recent death in the family the wedding was a quiet affair only relatives attending. [The Otsego Farmer, September 28th, 1923]. The death of George Peck, formerly of Cooperstown, occurred on Wednesday in the Masonic Home in Utica where he had been a resident since 1941. Mr. Peck had been ill for a number of years.He was born in Toddsville in 1868 and spent his life in this community until entering the home with his wife who died in 1941. Surviving is a brother residing in Morris. Mr. Peck was a member of Otsego Lodge, No. 138.Funeral services were held on Friday, November 14, with burial in the Masonic Home cemetery.
