Services for Jeannie Drewett will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hope Baptist Church with Dr. Don Chelette and the Rev. J.G. Tharpe officiating. Burial will be in Hargis Baptist Church Cemetery, Hargis, under direction of Hixson Bros.
Mrs. Drewett, 54, of Pineville died at 9:50 a.m., Sunday in Rapides General Hospital after a long illness.
She was a former resident of Lewiston, Idaho, and a member of Hope Baptist Church. She was well-known as a singer-song writer of Christian music and was in full-time music evangelism with the Tommy Drewett Family.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Drewett of Pineville; two sons, Jerry Drewett of Mountain Home, Ark., and Shawn Drewett of Pineville; one daughter, Joy Kelso of Greenbrier, Ark.; her mother, Esther Owen of Clarkston, Wash.; and several sisters and brothers.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday in the funeral home and from 1 p.m. until time of services Tuesday in the church.
