She had worked 5 years at Wayne Hospital of Greenville and had spent her entire adult life working on the farm and watching her grandkids.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Robert E. Ross; 2nd husband Kenneth Baldschun; son Ronald C. Ross; sisters Cleona Willis and Eileen Cotter; brothers Robert, Donald E. and Maurice "Bud" Longfellow.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter Vickie (Terry) Rogers of Greenville; grandchildren Chris (Tammi) Ross, Amy (Doug) Whittington, Justin (Tammy) Rogers and Nathan (Cubby) Rogers; great grandchildren Ashley (Chris) Gaynor, Alicia Ross, Tanner Ross, Paige Ross, Alex Rogers, Kolby Rogers, Claire Rogers and Conner Rogers; sister Doris Brandon of Greenville; sister in law Rosie Longfellow of Greenville; brother in law Joe Armstrong of Greenville as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday April 22, 2016 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Sylvia McKibben officiating. Burial will follow in the Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice of Darke County.
