MRS. AILMAN'S WILL FILED.

Daughter, Mrs. W. Frank Ebbitt and Grandchildren Largest Beneficiaries.

Under the will of Augusta B. Ailman, which was filed for probate Tuesday afternoon, the daughter Mrs. W. Frank Ebbitt, and the grandchildren are the largest beneficiaries.

The United Congregational Church receives a bequest of $200 to purchase a silver flower vase inscribed: "Given in Memory of Clara Ailman Connor, deceased, May 4, 1924."

A trust fund of $5,000 is established until the majority of Paul and David Ebbitt, grandsons, is attained, then it is to be devoted to their education.

The balance of the estate is left,
one half to Mrs. Bernice Ailman Ebbitt and her heirs and assigns,
and the other half in trust for Grace Nancy and Charles Ailman Connor, grandchildren. Should either child die, the survivor will receive its share, while in the event of the death of both, the trust terminates and the children of Bernice Ailman Ebbitt are named beneficiaries. Mrs. Bernice Ailman Ebbitt is named as executrix, without surety.
