Lorna was born and raised in Berlin Heights. She lived in Collins for many years. Mrs. Greene was a graduate of Berlin Heights High School (she class valedictorian) then she graduated from Defiance College with a bachelor of arts degree and from Kent State with a masters in education. She was a guidance counselor at Firelands High School for many years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority. She was a co-founder of the Citizens Ambulance of Wakeman where she was also a volunteer for many years. Survivors include her husband of 42 years : Archie and two daughters and two sons: seven grandchildren: a sister Bette and brother Lewis Hahn. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Lucille (née Wasem) Hahn.
