He married Sarah Caroline Call (1905-1993) on 19 April 1926, in Fremont, Idaho. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 1 daughter. He lived in St. Anthony, Fremont, Idaho in 1920 and Fremont County, Idaho in 1930. He died on 21 December 1992, in Ashton, Fremont, Idaho, at the age of 86, and was buried in Ashton, Fremont, Idaho on 23 December 1992.
