Jenny Darlene Rhodes was born on June 22, 1947 in Pittsburg, Texas. She passed away on April 4, 2012 in Graham, Texas. She was 64 years old.
Darlene was a waitress and manager at Village Kitchen and Kwik Stop. A strong, hard working mother, daughter and friend. She was a member of Southwest Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her fathers Dewey Ellison and June Doyle.
Among those left behind to cherish her memory include her mother Emma Doyle; her children bobby Hadderton and wife Christia of Graham, Texas, Robby Hadderton of Jacksboro, Edward Rhodes and wife Melissa of College Station, Troy Rhodes and wife Connie of Round Rock, daughter Sue Ervin and husband Jimmy of Holliday; sister Joan Worthy of Sequin, Texas, brother Ray Ellison and wife Debbie of Collierville, Tennessee; 8 grandchildren and many other extended family members and friends.
There will be a visitation on Sunday, April 8, 2012 from 4-6 pm at Coker Funeral Home in Jacksboro, Texas.
Graveside service will be Monday April 9, 2012 at 10 am at Oakwood Cemetery with Bro. B.J. Nunley officiating.
