Damme Rites Held Oct. 10
 
Funeral services for Benjamin Franklin Damme, 45, were held Oct. 10 at Redeemer Lutheran church with Rev. S. K. de Freese officiating. He died in Wayne Oct. 5. Marlene Sieckman sang "Abide with Me" and "Rock of Ages." Mrs. Martin Ringer accompanied her.
 
Pallbearers were Walter Baier, Werner Sydow, Otto Saul, Ambrose Jordan, Harvey Beck and Henry Doring. Interment was at Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Damme is survived by five brothers; Ed, Carl and Albert of Wayne,John and Fred of Winside; and two sisters, Mrs. Hans Henricksen of  Pierre, S. D., and Mrs. W. F. Schroeder of Wayne.
