He was a three-campaign-star Army veteran who served in Europe: Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe campaigns.
He was a member of the American Legion and VFW, both of Ashland.
He worked as a coal miner for 20 years earning a retirement and for the USPS (in California) thereafter.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Elizabeth Eikszta Baldino; 10 brothers and sisters, Mary, Louis, Anthony, Jean, Florence, Albert, Helen, Leo, Patrick and John Baldino.
