Joan was an English teacher in Califoria in the early 1970s. She moved to Florida with her first husband Michael Goldman in the late 70s and became a Realtor in her beloved Key Biscayne, Florida. She also taught school at Key Academy. In 1985 she married Paul Andersen and moved to the Santa Ana Canyon area in Orange County. She had one son, Scott and was married for 23 yrs. She has a surviving brother Kenneth Annis in Potomac, Maryland along with his wife Susan and children Robbie and Michelle.
