Kurt Thomas McVey, 15, went to be with Jesus on April 8, 2004. Kurt was born on December 17, 1988 and spent the next 15 years bringing joy and humor to his family and friends. He was an active member of FBC Raytown Youth Group, Senior Patrol Leader of Boy Scout Troop 1 FBC and a Warrior in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. He attended Lee's Summit North High School and played football and was in the Marching Band. Kurt spent many happy hours with his dad and brother and other scouts camping, fishing, and hunting in Missouri and Canada. Kurt will be loved and missed forever by his parents, his brother and best friend, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, faithful companions, and many friends.
