Dr. David A. Anderson, 84. former president of Kent State University, died last week in Tempe, Ariz. President of the University from 1925 to 1927, Dr. Anderson has been an insurance salesman in Tempe for the last 10 years.
Born in Lamoni, Iowa, he taught at Pennsylvania State College and the University of Washington and served as president of Northern State Teachers College, Aberdeen,
S. D., from 1927 to 1932.
Dr. Anderson leaves his wife, Margery, and a sister, Nellie of Independence, Mo.
