Erastus R. DeMoulin, son of Elisha and Marie (Sordet DeMoulin, died March 27, 1936 in Greenville. He was born September 9, 1860 in Clinton county, Illinois. He was married to Leonie Malan on February 18, 1886. He is survived by children, Mrs. Harold McDonald and Leslie DeMoulin of Greenville and sister, Mrs. Eva Rogier of Patoka and five grandchildren. Mrs. DeMoulin passed away in 1934. One daughter, Mrs. Oradelle Cartmell, one brother, Edmond DeMoulin and grandson, Bobby McDonald preceded him in death.
