UNION CITY--Mrs. Emma R. Able, 85, R.R. 4, Union City, died Monday in Union City Memorial Hospital. She was a Jay County native and had lived in the Union City community 60 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Albert Krouse, Richmond; a son, Harry Abel, Union City; a sister, Miss Eva Theurer; two brothers, Albert and Herman Theurer, Portland; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Fraze and Timmons Funeral Home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and at Trinity Lutheran Church one hour before services there at 3 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Gerald Herbener will officiate. Burial will be in Union City Cemetery.
