Mrs. Flora Lee Gravett, 68, of 130 Veterans Drive, Dallas, died December 20, in Paulding Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient for 10 days. She had been ill for a month.

Born in Paulding County on January 8, 1912, Mrs. Gravett was the daughter of the late Jesse and Oda Lindsey Henson. She was a member of the Whitworth Memorial Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Louise Gravett, Dallas, to whom she had been married for 46 years; one son, Preston Whitman, of Aragon; one sister, Mrs. Herman Tidwell, of Rockmart; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. at the Whitworth Memorial Baptist Church. The Rev. Roscoe Davis, the Rev. Ed Wix and the Rev. Joe Maxwell officiated, and interment was in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Marvin Gravett, Thomas Swan, Dean Presley, Junior Gravett, Sammy Spears and Ottis Henson.

The Martin Funeral Home of Dallas was in charge of arrangements.
