Donna Michelle Tallent Caudle
June 10, 1972 - June 25, 1997

You are loved in so many ways,
Till now it has come to counting the days.

Your husband, girls, and I,
Still have reason to want to cry.

Guardrails now mark the place,
And crosses to remind us of your beautiful face.

You are still in our hearts and prayer,
Because we are the ones that really care.

We wish you on this special day.
A most deserved and happy 26th Birthday.

"Loving you always and forever."

Tyler C. Caudle

You were such a young man.
When God came up with a plan.

He needed some flowers for His vase,
So He chose your sweet little face.

May God keep you in His embrace,
Until we meet again at His special place.

Happy 6th Birthday little man.

"Loving you always and forever."

Donna and Tyler

Mother and Son were alone and like One,
As two teens were meeting them, the accelerator gunned.

The Time for Donna and Tyler had dawned
And little did anyone know, as they drove along.

Donna moved to pass the truck with eighteen wheels,
Absolutely no danger did she or Tyler feel.

East heading west was the black Monte Carlo,
And Tyler and Donna still didn't know.

Donna and Tyler didn't know the sound,
Of the car coming at them, plowing the ground.

Donna and Tyler in the Nissan all white,
Had no place to run from the horrible sight.

A scream, a gasp, a blinding flash,
As black met white in a horrible crash.

The crumpling metal, cars coming apart,
Broke more than a thousand Mothers' hearts.

Tyler and Donna Caudle as well as two teens,
Were immediately pronounced as 'Dead at the Scene'.

Four young lives were lost in so tragic an end,
And the whole of Burke County has yet but to mend.
