Howard Fredrick Belka 12/13/1915~12/19/2007 Howard died of natural causes in Anchorage Alaska on 19 Dec 2007. He was preceeded in death by his daughter, Diann Belka Acheson on 12 Dec 2007 in Anchorage. His funeral services were held in Anchorage on 22 Dec 2007 with burial planned for the Salt Lake City Cemetery Jan 5, 2007. Howard was born in Salt Lake City to William Valentine and Esther Ruth (Schoenfeld) Belka. He married Irene Wolf in Ogden Utah 28 Aug 1937 and was sealed in the Salt Lake Temple 3 Oct 1943. He is survived by his wife, Irene, to whom he was married to for 70 years, and his children, Elaine AllaKhan, Nancy Steadman, Darlene Hubbard, Terry Belka, Kathy Lepley, and Steve Belka; brother, Dale Belka; and sister Ruth Wadsworth. He was preceded in death by two children Howard Belka, Jr. and Diann Acheson; brothers, Leon Belka, Merlin Belka, Elmer Belka, Vernon Belka, Alvin Belka, and Don Belka; and sister Dorothy Sherwin.
