KAYSVILLE - Mable finished her earthly journey on October 2, 2005. She was born January 23, 1919, in Roy, Utah to John and Zina Rachel Landon Williams. She was one of nine children.

She attended Weber County Schools and on October 1, 1934, she married Howard Reuben Bennett in Morgan, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple December 17, 1953. He preceded her in death on Dec. 5, 1996. They made their home in Kaysville Utah. She worked at Major's Bakery for several years and at Bowmans Market where she retired.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints where she was very faithful in many callings.

She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, ceramics, oil painting, quilting, and playing her organ. She loved and enjoyed being around her family and playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children, Dionne (Rudd) Scoffield, Garry (Karlene) Bennett all of Layton UT; twelve grandchildren, thirty three great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, three brothers, one grandson-in-law and one great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Thursday October 6, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Kaysville LDS Tabernacle, 198 West Center. Friends and family may call Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 No. Main Street and Thursday 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
at the Tabernacle.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
