JEFFREY W. JENCKES, 32, of 141 Mowry St., Harrisville, a forklife operator for United Restaurant Supply of North Smithfield for two years, retiring in 1987 because of illness, died Sunday at Deaconess Hospital in Boston.
Born in Providence, he was a son of Yvonne A. (Piche) Jenckes of North Smithfield, and the late Warren H. Jenckes.
Mr. Jenckes was a 1982 graduate of North Smithfield High School. He attended CCRI and the New England Institute of Technology in Warwick.
Besides his mother, he leaves a sister, Elaine P. Sullivan of Quincy, Mass. He was the companion of Karin Nebiker of Harrisville.
The funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
