Zachary was born on Monday.May 8,1995 to Julie(Gill) and Gary Blubaum

He was a sophomore at Washington High School where he was a member of the soccer team (Band of Brothers), the basketball team and the DECA business club that qualified for the state competition over the weekend. He was a member of the student council and a member of the Evansville Soccer Club under-17 travel squad. A member of the Presbyterian Church, he attended Antioch Christian Church and participated in the Hub, High School Youth...

He is survived by his parents Gary & Julie, a brother, Cameron Blubaum of Washington; grandmothers, Linda Blubaum of Vincennes and Diane Gill of Washington; an aunt, Karen Reynolds of Vincennes; cousins, Josh Reynolds and Alexandria, Kalene, Aubrey and Elyssa Wall; a great uncle, Jack Gill and his wife, Sharon Ruth, of Van Horn, Texas; and several cousins and loyal friends and teammates whom he dearly loved.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Karen Gill Wall, and grandfathers James O. "Bud" Gill and Wayne Blubaum.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the Antioch Christian Church DistinXion Gymnasium with Pastor Cheryl Thorne and Brother Sean Terry officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Saturday at the gym and 2 p.m. until the hour of service Sunday.

The family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Zachary Blubaum "Pay It Forward" fund through the Daviess County Community Foundation...
