Howard "Papa", of Kountze, passed away Sunday at his residence.
A native of South Bend, Texas he lived in the area for thirty two years and was employed as a machinist for Mobil Oil for thirty eight years and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife: Christine Harrell; sons: Michael L. Harrell and his wife Susan of Fannett, Trent Harrell and his wife Stacey, Kevin Harrell and his wife Connie; brother: Edward Harrell; sisters: Almeda Lowe, May Edna Slice, Annette Sanders; grandchildren: Kirstin Harrell, Colby Harrell, Jessica Harrell, Cody Harris, Tucker Harrell, Matt Harrell and Ciara Harrell.
