Maria Julianita "Julia" Olivas passed away peacefully in her sleep, Thursday, January 20, 2000, after 101 years of a fulfilling life.
She was born in Aguiliar, NM in 1898.
She is survived by her sister, Marcelina Naranjo; her step daughters, Rosa and Demetria; her son, Salomon Sanchez and wife, Helen; a daughter, Juanita Enez and husband, David; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three husbands; Lizardo Sanchez, Felix Madrid, Pete Olivas; three sons, Felix Madrid Jr., Isabel Sanchez and Severo Sanchez; and two grandchildren, Loraine Sanchez and Melecio Sanchez.
This wonderful, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmothers life spanned three centuries, blessed by God in all three.
